		<description>I think you did the right thing, with a firkin or pin you would use a soft spile to vent beforehand. You can get very technical with graphs ect but taking a sample and checking the carbonation is probibly the best way of judging.</description>

		<description>Im not sure theres anything &#039;faux&#039; about your cask conditioned beer. It was conditioned in a draft beer container, not racked bright , vented and stillaged, sounds like the real deal to me. Did you prime it?</description>
